What do you love most about the Central Coast?
I love the strange mix of seaside, farmland, mountains and countryside because it makes the Central coast so diverse!
Name somewhere you love to visit on the Coast?
The beach with my dogs. It is generally so friendly and in addition is so relaxing to visit.
What’s your favourite place to eat/drink around here?
‘The Good Bits’ Gosford, they have the most amazing croissants and the staff and coffee is delightful. Therefore making the work day easier!
Now, a little more personal:
What’s one professional skill you’re currently working on?
Dentures! For instance setting up and editing wax bites for interim stages of making a new denture.
Are you an early bird or a night owl?
Early bird, don’t call after 8pm.
What do you do to turn things around when you’re having a bad day?
Hobbies, there are plenty of relaxing hobbies especially spinning yarn.
What’s something people don’t know about you?
I like to be alone sometimes and not talk.
What’s the best advice you were ever given?
Happiness takes effort, you have to find the good things in life.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
Potato and gravy!
If you could only have three apps on your smartphone, which would you pick?
Messenger, YouTube, and of course the clock (alarm). Therefore I won’t be late for my day at Albany Dental!
What’s the top destination on your must-visit list?
Ireland! All of it!
